Tracking Batch class setup changes

Tracking Batch class setup changes

Postby » Sat May 08, 2010 3:58 am

Hi to all,

How can we track the changes made to a batch classes (which includes modification to index fields, release and validation scripts.. etc)

Is there a way to track these ?

Because the reporting facility that exists provides reports about the users process, or are there any tables that store this information?

Please any help is highly appreciated

Thx.Kfx

Hi!
A very good question, but given you only have tools from Kofax, I do belive this is impossible.
Releases scripts and validation scripts are two completely different ball games to begin with.
For actual code, consider using industry tools for software development.

As for changes in configurations.. well, documentation and a sharp, pointy, stick may help some.
If you make it idiot-proof, someone will make a better idiot.
