Expedite License Activation

Expedite License Activation

I was wondering if there is a way to expedite a license upgrade. We need to upgrade a scan license to full station license, the order is with Kofax for over a week now, and the client is still waiting for the activation of the license.

Is there a way to expidite this? Kofax is getting a "reconfiguration fee" of over 20% of the license face value, so I would expect that the person having to do the actual data-entry work is paid for as well.

Hi!

Have You tried to reactivate license? Maybe Kofax has done the job, but have not informed You yet...

Yes, I was hitting the manual activation page several times every day, to see if the license has changed. It only changed just now, at the same time as I received the e-mail from Kofax.

Of course now the relevant offices at the client are closed...
