KTA 7 Install Error

I'm attempting to install KTA 7.0.2 on a Windows 2008 R2 server and get the following errors in the InstallErrorLog and the TotalAgility Core Worker and TotalAgility Export Worker services are not created:

Folks this issue was solved by Kofax support. They found that the zipped install files were unzipped without selecting the "UNBLOCK" button on the zip file. See this link for info about this: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/delay/p/unblock ... dfile.aspx

A subsequent install seems to be OK.

Hi:
I made this mistake on a Windows 2008 R2 server, with not only the KTA install, but also with the prerequisits including the .NET Framework 4.5 installer. Those files were not zip files, but self extracting files or MSI files. In any case, we uninstalled, re-extracted the zip file and got beyond this error. We didn't use 7-zip yet (as Kofax support has suggested). So we've got that one last thing to try, because we are now getting the error below. Any ideas from the world wide experts? Thanks you SO MUCH to any readers or helpers.
Sincerely,
Mike
