Licensing error

The remote site on our ascent capture installation has stopped working.

The following message appears on the machine running the aci service.

the following error message appears in the event log

I have tried disabling the ACI service, deleting the profiles within the admin module but to no avail.

Within the license manager the remote site license always shows as in use, is this correct? I would have assumed that after disabling the aci service the license would become avaiable.

Any help on this problem would be appreciated.
