Hi

I haven't come across this error before, but after a quick browse on the KB these may help you out..

I saw the ACIS architecrture diagram. I got some question on this architecture

a) Why we require 2 Kofax Capture servers one at Central Site and another at Remote site? (Correct me if I am wrong here)

b) Why we need to specify the Batch routing details again at remote site, when we had already defined the same at Central Site?

Looking for your inputs...

if the same remote site requires more than one station to process the modules (ie, scan, recognition, validation, verification), then it is recommended that you have a server. Of course, you'll need to have the appropriate licenses. If one station can do all, then a standalone may do.
