Can Indicius recognition scripts instantiate .NET assemblies? If the answer is different between 4.1 and 6.0 please include that in your reply.

The INDICIUS Recognition scripting environment is VBScript, and has all the capabilities of any other VBScript environment.

That is to say, you can't reference .NET assemblies directly; however, you can instantiate any objects which are available over COM. This means that you should either make your .NET objects COM-available, or put them in a COM wrapper if you want to use them from an INDICIUS script.

The VBScript statement which instantiates a COM object is CreateObject("Servername.Objectname").

This is the same for both 4.1.x and 6.0 versions of INDICIUS.
